I do not provide diagnoses, medical treatment, or crisis services. If needed, I can help you connect with psychologists, GPs, or specialist services.

Your first session is about getting comfortable.

We will talk about:

  • what you would like to change or understand
There is no pressure to share everything immediately — trust builds naturally over time.
