— How It Works

A Space to Talk, Understand & Move Forward

Life doesn’t come with instructions — sometimes you just need a place where you can say things honestly and make sense of them.

Counselling helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours so you can respond to situations differently, not just react to them. Together we develop practical tools for stress, relationships, identity changes, and life transitions.

This is a supportive, skills-based process designed to help you function better day-to-day.

Emotional Support

A safe space to talk openly about what has been building up without pressure or judgement.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Understanding triggers, calming racing thoughts, and learning practical coping strategies.

Life Changes & Starting Over

Major changes — moving, breakups, career shifts, identity changes — can leave you feeling lost or unsettled.

Relocation & Moving Abroad

Relocating or living between places can create uncertainty, disconnection, and difficulty settling.

Relationships & Communication

Exploring patterns, boundaries, and healthier ways of communicating with others.

Self-Understanding & Growth

Recognising emotional responses and behaviour patterns so you can respond instead of react.

— About Me

Calm, Conversational, Practical.

I provide supportive counselling for people going through change — whether that is moving countries, relationship shifts, uncertainty about direction, or simply feeling mentally unsettled.

Rather than focusing on labels, I help you understand why you feel the way you do and what you can do differently moving forward.

Many people I work with are not in crisis — they just feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure about their next step. Counselling gives you space to think clearly, recognise patterns, and regain a sense of control.

I hold a Diploma of Counselling and work within ethical counselling guidelines. I do not a provide diagnosis or medical treatment, but I can support you in understanding your experiences and, where appropriate, guide you toward additional professional services.
